J'ai trouvé le site très pratique sauf que lors de la réception du bon de commande, le bon de retrait n'était pas envoyé en pièces jointes comme énoncé. Malgré plusieurs mail pour demander des compléments d'info, je n'ai eu aucune réponse. J'ai téléphoné alors au magasin qui a bien voulu me renseigner. Donc merci pour le bon accueil du magasin. De plus à mon arrivée sur la station, j'ai souhaité un changement de matériel, ce que le magasin Stamos a tout à fait accepté : très commerçant.

I hired ski's. The bindings fell off one of the ski's which a kind person repaired but advised that the binding on the other ski was broken and the ski's weren't safe.
I took the ski's back to Stamos - No problem changing them, and gave me a better pair. BUT they should have checked the ski's before giving them out.
Also they have a habit of giving you ski's which are too long. The shop is very good but you do need to have a bit of knowledge. The staff speak good English and are very helpful, don't be afraid to ask questions. Your ski's should not be taller than your eye level when standing up, unless you are very experienced.
I will go back to the resort and will use Stamos again.

Only one pair of boots in my size so no choice to find most comfortable boot. In an ideal world the staff would speak better English but not a big deal.
Would consider using again.

We hired 7 pairs of ski boots between 2 families.
All the ski boots smelt very badly and had not been cleaned correctly.
The pair of boots that were hired at part of the black package were old,very cheap and of bad quality.
All skis and bindings OK
All helmets Ok

çà ne sert pas à grand chose d'ndiquer lors de la résa les pointures et taille puisque les gens du magasin redemandent la chose une fois sur place.
Il faudrait préciser + clairement qu'il faut redonner sa CB pour caution, le N° servant à payer en ligne n'est pas accessible au magasin, j'ai donc du y retourner le soir..
